In shot glass pour 12 shot of Tequila then 12 shot of Mountain Dew

Next lick back of hand and sprinkle Sugar lightly onto it

Have Cherry ready on fork laying on table

Lastly: lick sugar on hand cover drink and slam on table drink it fast and eat cherry
