- 2 oz Skyy vodka
- 1/2 - 1 oz Appleton Estate Dark Jamaica rum
- 6 - 8 oz Schweppes club soda

Add Skyy vodka and Appleton Estate rum to a hurricane glass over ice cubes

Peel and squeeze a segment or two of sweet Clementine peeled

Drop in

Add Schweppes club soda stir and serve
