Apple River
Ingredients: 1 oz brandy, 1 oz brown creme de cacao, 1 1/2 scoops vanilla ice cream, 1 cup crushed ice

- 1 oz brandy
- 1 oz brown creme de cacao
- 1 1/2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup crushed ice
Instructions

Combine the brandy creme de cacao ice cream and crushed ice in a blender

Blend until smooth and pour into a parfait glass

Garnish with half an apple ring and serve
