- 1 1/2 oz white rum
- 3/4 oz cognac
- 1/4 oz creme de cassis
- 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz coconut cream
- 3/4 oz cream
Instructions

Shake over ice cubes in a shaker and strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice

Add pineapple chunks and serve

We recommend using a highball glass for this cocktail.
