Jamaican Collins
Ingredients: 2 1/2 oz dark rum, 4 oz club soda, 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice, 1 tsp sugar

- 4 oz club soda
- 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice

Instructions

Shake rum pineapple juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker with ice

Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes

Fill with carbonated water
