- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
- 1/2 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz half-and-half
Instructions

Pour the rum amaretto coconut cream pineapple juice and half-and-half into a blender with 6 ice cubes

Blend well and pour into a collins glass

Garnish with a maraschino cherry and serve
