Ingredients: 1 oz Dubonnet French vermouth, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, 1 tsp sugar, Champagne

- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 tsp sugar

In a wine glass add the bitters to the sugar

Then add the dubonnet and a tsp

of ice

Fill the glass with champagne stir gently and garnish with a twist of lemon peel

We reccommend using a white wine glass for this drink.
