- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar syrup
- fill with Champagne

Shake the rum the juice and the syrup with cracked ice

Strain into a chilled white wine glass and fill with sparkling wine

We reccommend using a white wine glass for this drink.
