Chocolate Gatail
Ingredients: 1 oz dark creme de cacao, 1 oz Bailey's Irish cream, 3/4 oz cherry brandy, 1/3 oz dark rum, 1/2 oz whipping cream.

- 1 oz dark creme de cacao
- 1 oz Bailey's Irish cream
- 3/4 oz cherry brandy
- 1/3 oz dark rum
- 1/2 oz whipping cream

Shake and strain into a champagne saucer.

Sprinkle with grated nutmeg and serve.
