Chocolate XS
Ingredients: 1 oz dark rum, 1 oz dark creme de cacao, 1 oz Bailey's Irish cream, 3/4 oz chocolate syrup, 3 oz milk, 1/3 tspsieved cocoa, 1 tbsp chocolate ice cream, 1 oz whipped cream.

- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 oz dark creme de cacao
- 1 oz Bailey's Irish cream
- 3/4 oz chocolate syrup
- 3 oz milk
- 1/3 tspsieved cocoa
- 1 tbsp chocolate ice cream
- 1 oz whipped cream
Instructions

Blend all ingredients (except cream) briefly with a tablespoon of crushed ice.

Float the cream on top.

Serve with straws.
