Coconut Daiquiri
Ingredients: 1 3/4 oz white rum, 1 oz coconut rum, 1/2 oz lime juice, 3/4 oz sugar syrup, 3/4 oz coconut cream, 1 tsp whipping cream, 2 tsp dark rum

- 1 3/4 oz white rum
- 1 oz coconut rum
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz sugar syrup
- 3/4 oz coconut cream
- 1 tsp whipping cream
- 2 tsp dark rum
Instructions

Rim glass with lime and grated coconut

Shake all ingredients (except dark rum) and strain into a wine goblet filled with crushed ice

Garnish with a slice of lime and sprinkle dark rum on top using a barspoon

Serve with short straws

We recommend using a wine goblet for this cocktail.
