- 1 1/2 oz Tequila
- 1/2 oz Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp superfine Sugar
- 1 dash Bitters
- 4 oz Tonic water
- 1 Lime wedge

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes combine the tequila lemon juice sugar and bitters

Shake well

Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes

Top with the tonic water and garnish with the lime wedge
