Dubonnet Cassis
Ingredients: 1 3/4 oz Dubonnet French vermouth, 1/4 oz creme de cassis, 2 oz soda, 1 twist lemon

Stir dubonnet and creme de cassis over ice cubes in an aperitif glass

Fill with soda add a twist of lemon peel and serve
