Ginger bang Champagne
Ingredients: 4 oz Champagne, 1 - 2 dashes simple syrup, 1/4 ozfresh ginger

- 1 - 2 dashes simple syrup
- 1/4 ozfresh ginger

Muddle fresh ginger in the bottom of a bar glass

Add chilled champagne and simple syrup stir gently and immediately strain into champagne flute
