- 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
- 1/2 oz Galliano herbal liqueur
- 1/2 oz sweet sherry
- 1 tsp egg
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz lemonade

Shake all ingredients (except lemonade) well

Strain into an old fashion glass for this cocktail

three-quarters filled with broken ice and add lemonade

Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry and serve
