Hokkaido Highball
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Bombay Sapphire gin, 1 oz sake rice wine, 1/2 oz triple sec

- 1 1/2 oz Bombay Sapphire gin
- 1 oz sake rice wine
- 1/2 oz triple sec

Pour the Bombay gin and sake into a highball glass filled with ice cubes

Add the triple sec swirl and leave briefly to chill before serving
