- 2 shots Aquavit (Norwegian)
- 3/4 shot fresh Lime juice
- 3/4 shot Orgeat syrup
- 1/2 Egg white
- 2 dashes Bitters

Shake with ice then strain into ice filled whisky glass

Garnish with a pinch of ground cinnamon sprinkled on top
