Ingredients
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce Blue Curacao
- 1 ounce cream de coconut (coconut cream)
- 1/3 cup vanilla frosting
- 1/3 cup white or clear sanding sugar
Instructions
Prepare the shot glasses by placing the frosting into a small bowl and rim the edges about 1/2 inch down.
Place the sanding sugar or sprinkles into a different bowl.
Press the frosted edges into the sprinkles.
Set aside until ready to serve.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the pineapple juice, vodka, Blue Curacao and cream de coconut.
Add a good amount of ice to the shaker.
Cover the shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds.
Strain into the prepared or plain shot glasses.
Top with the whipped cream. (Optional)
Notes
We recommend using a shot glass for this cocktail.
