Ingredients: 1 oz Ricard pastis, 1 oz orgeat syrup, 2 - 3 ozice cold, full fat milk

Note: The french like their anis diluted in water nothing else

It takes a trained palate to savour this and may seem quite rough to people not accustomed to this drink

The orgeat (almond syup) sweetens it nicely and the milk mellows it
