Ladybird
Ingredients: 1 oz brandy, 1 1/2 oz creme de cassis, 1 oz half-and-half, 1/4 tsp chocolate powder.

- 1 oz half-and-half
- 1/4 tsp chocolate powder
Instructions

Fill a cocktail shaker half with ice cubes.

Add brandy cassis and half-and-half.

Shake vigorously

Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with chocolate powder (try to create dots like on a ladybird beetle for effect).

Serve straight-up.
