Gin Cocktails – Cocktail

Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Gordon's gin, 3/4 oz Rose's lime juice, 6 oz 7-Up soda.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Gordon's gin
3/4 oz Rose's lime juice
6 oz 7-Up soda

Instructions

Fill a collins glass 3/4 full with ice,

Slowly add the lime juice.

Then build with gin.

Slowly fill with 7-Up leaving green and clear layers intact until just before drinking.

Garnish with a twist of lime on a bamboo skewer.

Serve.

Notes

We recommend using a collins glass for this cocktail.
