- 1 1/2 oz Pimm's No. 1
- Champagne
- Lemon peel
- Cucumber peel
Instructions

Add Pimm's No. 1 to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Stir vigorously in order to chill.

Strain into a chilled champagne flute.

Top with chilled champagne.

Garnish with lemon peel and cucumber peel.
