Pousse Cafe a la Francaise
Ingredients: 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse, 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur, 1/2 oz cherry brandy, 1/2 oz Kummel caraway liqueur

- 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
- 1/2 oz cherry brandy
- 1/2 oz Kummel caraway liqueur

Pour the chartreuse into a pousse-cafe glass

Carefully float the maraschino liqueur on top by pouring slowly over the back of a teaspoon

Do the same with the cherry brandy and then again with the kummel

Serve

We reccommend using a pousse cafe glass for this cocktail.
