Rum Sunday
Ingredients: 1 oz dark rum, 1/2 oz sweet sherry, 1/2 oz grenadine syrup, 3 tbsp vanilla ice cream, 2 tsp overproof rum
Ingredients
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1/2 oz sweet sherry
- 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
- 3 tbsp vanilla ice cream
- 2 tsp overproof rum
Instructions

Blend briefly all ingredient (except overproof rum) with half a glassful of crushed ice

Pour into a collins glass float overproof rum on top and sprinkle with grated chocolate

We recommend using a collins glass for this cocktail.
