This is one of my favorite cocktails from one of my favorite restuarants (I mean, when I’m in a city where an STK isnt’ available). This is a refreshing and aromatic cosmo. Now, I’m typically a martini drinker and when made right, a martini is delicious to taste. This was the first cocktail I can remember being served in a martini glass where the sprig of rosemary helped make the cocktail a multi-sense experience!
Ruth Chris Raspberry Rosemary Cosmo
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Absolut raspberry vodka, 1 oz Cointreau, 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice, 1 oz cranberry juice, 1 teaspoon simple syrup, 4 muddled raspberries
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Absolut raspberry vodka
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- 4 muddled raspberries
Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add muddled raspberries and everything but garnish.
Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Pierce 2 raspberries onto rosemary sprig.
Place in drink and serve.
Notes
Chill your martini glass in the freezer to really nail this cocktail recipe.
