- 12 oz Rock and rye

Pour the Rock and Rye into a glass with ice

While the Rock and Rye is still fizzing quickly add the 151 proof rum

Stir thouroughly before drinking

(Heavy concentrations of 151 have been known to cause a few sore throats.) Enjoy!!! We recommend using a collins glass for this cocktail.
