Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Pernod, 1 Lemon Wedge, 6 dashes Tabasco sauce, Sugar

1) Coat the lemon wedge with sugar 2) Douse the lemon wedge with the 6 dashes of tobasco 3) Fill the shot glass with pernod To administer this shot suck the lemon and then shoot the pernod
