Tropical Champagne
Ingredients: 3/4 oz dark rum, 3/4 oz orange juice, 2 - 3 dashes passion-fruit syrup, 2 - 3 dashes lemon juice, 4 oz Champagne

- 3/4 oz dark rum
- 3/4 oz orange juice
- 2 - 3 dashes passion-fruit syrup
- 2 - 3 dashes lemon juice
- 4 oz Champagne

Shake all ingredients (except champagne) well over ice cubes in a shaker

Strain into a champagne flute carefully fill with champagne and serve
