Whiskey Sangaree
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz blended whiskey, 1/2 oz tawny port, 2 1/2 oz club soda, 2 tsp water, 1 tsp superfine sugar, 1 pinchgrated nutmeg, 1 pinchground cinnamon

- 1 1/2 oz blended whiskey
- 1/2 oz tawny port
- 2 1/2 oz club soda
- 2 tsp water
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 1 pinchgrated nutmeg
- 1 pinchground cinnamon
Instructions

Dissolve the sugar in the water and whiskey in a highball glass

Almost fill the glass with crushed ice and add club soda

Float tawny port on top

Garnish with a lemon twist and dust with nutmeg and cinnamon

Serve

We recommend using a highball glass for this cocktail.
