Mayo with final tweeks courtesy of an Absolut representative at the Vodka-Tasting-Event in Seattle Washington.Pour sambuca into a cocktail shaker filled with ice

Add Absolut Citron and orange juice and shake well

Strain into a chilled cocktailmartini glass garnish with a twist of orange peel

(To rim the glass with lemon and sugar is optional.) Serve
