- 1 oz Stoli Persik vodka
- 3 oz peaches
- 1 tsp maraschino liqueur
- 1 - 2 ozchilled Brut Champagne

Puree ripe peaches by forcing them through a sieve and spoon into a large chilled wine goblet

Sweeten to taste with maraschino liqueur

Add vodka fill with chilled champagne and serve
