Bird of Paradise Cooler
Ingredients: 2 oz gin, 1 ozfresh lemon juice, 1 tsp grenadine syrup, 1 tsp superfine sugar, 1 egg, soda water

- 1 ozfresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp grenadine syrup
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 1 egg
- soda water
Instructions

Pour the gin lemon juice grenadine superfine sugar and egg white into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice

Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes

Fill with sodasparkling water

Stir well and serve
