The name was inspired by popular Japanese anime OAV Rurouni Kenshin when Kenshin meets Tomoe for the first time on a rainy night.Pour 2 oz Vodka into glass add 4 oz Snapple Elements: RAIN energy drink and top it off with a splash of Cranberry juice to give it that bloody water look

Optional: serve in an oriental tea bowl and garnish with a paper parasol for thematic appeal
