- 1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
- 2 oz light rum
- 1 1/2 oz cream of coconut
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 1 cup crushed ice

Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth

Pour into a collins glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple or a plastic monkey
