- 1 oz Malibu coconut rum
- 1 splash cranberry juice
- 5 - 6 oz pineapple juice

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

Shake well strain into a highball glass half-filled with ice cubes and serve
