Ingredients: 3/4 oz dark rum, 1/4 oz apricot brandy, 1/4 oz Galliano herbal liqueur, 5 oz pineapple juice, 1/2 oz lemon juice

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz dark rum
  • 1/4 oz apricot brandy
  • 1/4 oz Galliano herbal liqueur
  • 5 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

Instructions

Pour dark rum apricot brandy galliano and juices into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

Shake well and strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice cubes

Garnish with a pineapple fruit flag and serve

We recommend using a Hurricane glass for this cocktail.
