- 2 oz Brandy
- Carbonated water
- 1 twist of Lemon peel

Pour brandy into a highball glass over ice cubes

Fill with carbonated water add the twist of lemon peel stir gently and serve

(Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water if preferred.) We recommend using a highball glass for this cocktail.
