Burgundy Bishop
Ingredients: 1 oz Light rum, Juice of 1/4 Lemon, 1 tsp Powdered sugar, Red wine

- 1 oz Light rum
- Juice of 1/4 Lemon
- 1 tsp Powdered sugar
- Red wine
Instructions

Shake rum juice of lemon and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a highball glass over ice cubes

Fill with red wine and stir

Decorate with various fruits and serve
