Cafe Au Kirsch
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Kirschwasser cherry brandy, 1 tsp sugar, 1 egg, coffee

Combine the kirsch sugar and egg white in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

Shake well and strain into a wine glass

Fill with coffee stir and serve
