- 1 1/2 oz Kirschwasser cherry brandy
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 egg
- coffee
Instructions

Combine the kirsch sugar and egg white in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

Shake well and strain into a wine glass

Fill with coffee stir and serve
