Cajun Water
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz rum, 1/2 oz triple sec, 1/4 oz grenadine syrup, 2 dashes Peychaud bitters, 2 - 3 oz Champagne

- 2 - 3 oz Champagne

Pour the rum triple sec grenadine and bitters into a highball glass filled with ice cubes

Top with champagne stir and serve
