Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Light rum
- 1/2 oz Strega
- 1 tblsp Passion fruit syrup
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 Egg white
Instructions

Combine all ingredients with 12 cup crushed ice in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time

Pour into a champagne flute and serve
