Canadian Daisy
Ingredients: 2 oz Canadian whisky, 1 tsp brandy, 1/2 ozfresh lemon juice, 1 tsp raspberry syrup, 4 oz soda water

- 2 oz Canadian whisky
- 1 tsp brandy
- 1/2 ozfresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp raspberry syrup
- 4 oz soda water
Instructions

Pour the whisky lemon juice and raspberry syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

Shake well and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes

Fill with sparkling water

Float the brandy on top

Garnish with a few raspberries and serve
