- 1 1/2 shot Mezcal
- 1 shot Grand Marnier
- 1 dash Orange bitters
- 1 part Orange juice
- 1 part Grapefruit juice
- Half Fill Glass Ice cubes
- Float 1 part Soda water on top
Instructions

Half fill glass with ice

Pour all ingredients into the beaker of a cocktail shaker apart from the soda

Mix gently

Pour into glass

Take one fresh lime wedge squeeze and drop in

Add soda to top

Serve with stirrer and straw

We recommend using a highball glass for this cocktail.
