- 3 ozcold espresso
- 1 oz Irish whiskey
- 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
- 1/2 oz Irish cream
- 1 scoop ice cream
- 1 dash simple syrup

Add all ingredients to a blender with 4 cups of crushed ice

Blend until smooth

Pour into parfait glasses garnish with clover leafs and serve
