- 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
- 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 dashes Peychaud bitters

Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a martini or cocktail glass for this cocktail.

Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a strawberry and serve
