Coconut Toastie
Ingredients: 1 oz Light rum, 5 tblsp Vanilla ice-cream, 1/4 oz Whipped cream, Shredded Coconut
Ingredients
- 1 oz Light rum
- 5 tblsp Vanilla ice-cream
- 1/4 oz Whipped cream
- Shredded Coconut
Instructions

Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time

Pour into a chilled champagne flute garnish with shredded coconut and serve
