Eagle Cocktail
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz gin, 3/4 oz creme de violette, 1 ozfresh lemon juice, 1 tsp sugar, 1 egg

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

Shake vigorously

Strain into a wine glass and serve
