- 3 oz iced tea
- 1 ozfresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar

Pour the peppermint liqueur and iced tea into a highball glass filled with ice cubes

Stir well and sweeten to taste

Squeeze the juice from half a lemon over the top and serve.
