- 1 1/2 oz Blended whiskey
- 3/4 oz Port
- Juice of 1/4 Lemon
- 1 tsp Powdered sugar
- 1 Egg white
- 1 slice Pineapple
Instructions

Shake all ingredients (except pineapple) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass for this cocktail.

Add the pineapple slice and serve
